Cold email that wins 3PL clients you weren't referred to.
We find e-commerce and B2B shippers the week they show they need a new logistics partner, write to them about their own situation, and put the meetings in your calendar.
Referrals are great until they stop.
In Extensiv's 2023 benchmark of 3PL warehouses, referrals were the top source of new customers, named by 78% of operators. More than a third still listed winning new customers as a top challenge for the year ahead.
Referrals can't be scheduled. When an anchor client brings fulfilment in-house, the space has to be filled and there's no channel to turn up. Outbound is that channel.

Shippers at the moment they need you.
Brands with dispatch complaints
Shopify and Amazon sellers whose recent reviews mention late or missing orders. Their current setup is failing them in public.
Brands hiring warehouse staff
A growing brand posting for packers and pickers is about to outgrow its own unit. That's the moment to offer fulfilment.
Brands scaling fast
Catalogue size and traffic jumps tell us who will hit capacity before peak season does.
Brands entering your market
Overseas brands launching in the UK, US or Canada need someone on the ground. We find them before they shortlist.
Everything, end to end.
Sending infrastructure
Separate domains so your main domain is never at risk, Google and Microsoft inboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and a four-week warm-up before anything goes out. Warm-up keeps running in the background for as long as we send.
Data and targeting
Signal monitoring, decision-maker lookup and email verification on every address. Bounces burn domains, so nothing unverified is sent.
Copy
Short emails written from each prospect's own signal. No templates with a first name swapped in.
Replies and meetings
We sort replies, answer the routine ones in your voice and book qualified prospects into your calendar.
Reporting
A weekly note with sends, replies, meetings and inbox placement tests. Target for this offer: [VERIFY: meetings per month you are comfortable promising].
Before you ask.
Will this affect our main email domain?
No. We send from separate domains that redirect to your website. If anything goes wrong with deliverability, your day-to-day email is untouched.
How soon do meetings start?
New domains need about four weeks of warm-up before they send. Targeting and copy are built in that time, so campaigns go live in week five.
Is cold email legal in the UK?
Under PECR, you can email business addresses at limited companies about relevant services, as long as you identify yourself and offer an easy opt-out. Sole traders and partnerships need consent, so we leave them out. Every email we send includes an opt-out, and opt-outs are honoured across all domains.
Do we need to sign a long contract?
No. We start with a short pilot so you can judge the results, then move to a monthly arrangement if it's working.
Do you work with freight forwarders and customs brokers too?
Yes. The signals are different (import volumes, new trade lanes, hiring in procurement) but the method is the same.
Twenty minutes. We bring the research.
Before the call we pull your hiring signals, your reviews and your email setup, so the conversation starts with your numbers, not our pitch.
