AI automation · For e-commerce brands and 3PLs

E-commerce automation that takes the copy-and-paste out of every order.

We build the systems that move an order from checkout to dispatch without someone retyping it, and the AI that drafts the replies your customers are waiting for.

What we automate

Built and running in our own business first.

Orders

Order routing

New orders sorted by product, sent to the right production or fulfilment queue, with files and notes attached. No spreadsheet in the middle.

Shipping

Courier selection

Each order matched to a service by size, weight and destination, with exceptions flagged before they become late parcels.

Customer service

AI reply drafts

Incoming emails sorted by intent, with a draft reply written in your team's tone and order details already looked up. A person approves and sends.

Finance

Daily profit view

Sales in, ad spend and costs out, one number every morning. No waiting for month-end to find out a campaign lost money.

Reviews

Review monitoring

New reviews read and tagged as they arrive. Problems with dispatch or quality reach the right person the same day.

Stock

Stock and supplier alerts

Low stock, slow suppliers and stuck orders surfaced in one place, so nobody has to go looking.

4 hrs

a day, at most, handed back to one ops person by the order pipeline we built for a UK D2C brand.

Tools you already pay for.

Most of the work connects systems you have: Shopify, Make, Monday, Klaviyo, HubSpot, your courier platform and your inbox. Where AI helps, we add it at the step that needs judgement, and keep a person in the loop wherever a mistake would reach a customer.

Everything is built in your accounts and documented, so you own it and can change it. If you'd rather not maintain it, we can.

Typical result for a brand doing [VERIFY: e.g. 50–500 orders a day]: [VERIFY: hours saved per week / error rate drop].

How a build runs

Small first, then the rest.

  1. Map

We sit with whoever does the work and write down every step, including the ones nobody mentions.

  2. Pick one

We start with the process that costs the most hours, so the first build pays for itself.

  3. Build and test

Built alongside your current process, then switched over once it matches on real orders.

  4. Hand over

Documentation, a walkthrough for your team, and optional monthly maintenance.

Questions

Before you ask.

Will AI send emails to our customers on its own?

Only if you want it to. By default, AI drafts and a person approves. We switch on full automation only for low-risk messages you've signed off.

Do we need to change software?

Usually not. We build around your current stack and only suggest a change when it saves more than it costs.

What if something breaks?

Every workflow logs what it did and alerts someone when it fails. On a maintenance plan, we fix it. Without one, the documentation shows your team where to look.

Do you work with 3PLs as well as brands?

Yes. Client onboarding, inventory reports, billing and exception handling are common 3PL builds.

Next step

Twenty minutes. We bring the research.

Before the call we pull your hiring signals, your reviews and your email setup, so the conversation starts with your numbers, not our pitch.
